Warranty Policy
Effective Date: October 1, 2026
What Is Covered
PCM Supply warrants every module it repairs or sells against defects in workmanship and programming for 1 year from the date of delivery or pickup.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and to the vehicle (VIN) the module was supplied or repaired for.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:
- incorrect installation, or installation in a vehicle other than the one specified;
- vehicle wiring problems, poor grounds, voltage spikes, jump-starting, or shorted vehicle components (such as solenoids, injectors, coils, or actuators);
- water, fire, corrosion, or physical damage;
- opening, modifying, or reprogramming the module by anyone other than PCM Supply, including tuning or aftermarket software;
- removal or alteration of our labels or seals.
This warranty also does not cover labor, towing, diagnostic time by other shops, rental vehicles, or shipping costs except as stated below.
What We Will Do
If a covered defect is confirmed, we will, at our option, repair or replace the module. If neither is possible, we will refund the price you paid for that module or repair. A repaired or replacement module is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
How to Make a Claim
- Contact us before shipping anything. Call or text (626) 926-8595 or email info@pcmfix.com with your order number, VIN, a description of the problem, and any trouble codes.
- We may ask your technician to confirm power, ground, and wiring, and to check for shorted components.
- If we approve the claim, we will give you instructions to send the module. Modules sent without prior approval may be returned unprocessed.
- You pay shipping to us. If the claim is approved, we pay return shipping. If we find no defect, or the failure is not covered, you pay return shipping.
